Happy Holidays from DenimHunt

RobsheridanYes, we're on vacay for the holidays, but one of our favorite people, Rob Sheridan, has completed an amazing illustration for the holidays. Yes, it's a tad bit morbid, but even more silly. If you're the type that requires credentials, Rob's the one behind all your favorite Nine Inch Nails artwork and music videos. Be sure to visit his site for purchase info on this and many other pieces.

Happy Holidays DenimHunters! We'll be back ASAP.

Last minute gift: Denim Design Lab

DenimdesignlabThe first editions of 200 sold out immediately at retailers like Atrium in NYC. Luckily, there's a new run of the Denim Design Lab featuring all you need to customize your jeans at home. For those more interested in collecting than constructing, each kit comes with a book outlining the history of jeans and denim fabric. Of course, what excites us most is the case which is made from 100% red selvage denim from our friends over at Cone Denim.

Visit Villians SF to purchase.

Dirty Dozen +1: Brotherhood of the Traveling Pants

ChickenevisuEvisu recently launched their Dirty Dozen +1 project in which the same pair of jeans is worn by a new owner each month. The project starts with a pair of selvege Evisu jeans, hand painted with the traditional seagull logo (see the YouTube below.) They've started in New York with Chicken (above) and New Jersey with denimphile Almondcrush. By the end of 2008 the jeans will have traveled to Germany, England, Singapore, and back to their home in Japan.

WhoWhatWearDaily.com launches TV channel

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

We love the girls over at WhoWhatWearDaily.com not only for their fashion sense, but their admiration of our favorite style icons like Mischa Barton, Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen, and Kate Moss. Check out their newly launched TV segment where they recreate the coveted Burberry runway look at everyday prices. Yes, we're a bit off-topic as the segment doesn't feature denim; but keep a lookout on their site for future episodes as like us, they love a great pair of jeans. Oh, we also love them because they love us and have included DenimHunt in their Little Black Book!

Click the banner above to check out the latest from Hillary and Katherine. They both hail from Elle so they definitely know their stuff.
